The Space
Our spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Portland, Maine, is the perfect spot for guests to experience all the city has to offer. The apartment is located on the second and third floors of the building, with a unique loft space on the third floor containing a queen bed, providing guests with plenty of space to relax and unwind during their stay.
Our listing features a master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, along with high-quality sheets, duvets, and pillows, ensuring guests have a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. In the bedroom off of the living room, we offer a comfortable queen-size bed with the same high-quality bedding. The loft bedroom, accessed via a spiral staircase, provides guests with a unique and cozy space to relax and unwind, with a queen-size bed and luxury bedding. All bedrooms contain window air conditioners.
Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking, with everything guests need to prepare a delicious meal, including pots and pans, a gas stove and oven, and a toaster. Guests can enjoy their meal at our hand-made farmhouse-style table with bench seats, which can seat up to 8 people.
We also offer modern amenities for guests’ entertainment, including a 55″ Smart TV with access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+. A Graco Pack and Play is available for those with young children.
For coffee lovers, we provide a Mr. Coffee maker, French press, and Moka pot, as well as local coffee, tea, sugar, and honey. Guests can also explore one of the many local coffee shops in Portland for a unique and delicious coffee experience.
Our bathroom features a washer and dryer, along with laundry soap, and we provide towels, hand towels, and washcloths for guests’ convenience. Across the street from the apartment is a food co-op stocked with locally sourced produce, coffee, bread, and other provisions, providing guests with easy access to fresh and delicious ingredients.

Guest Access
Our apartment in Portland, Maine, offers three comfortable bedrooms for guests to enjoy during their stay.
Guests will have access to all of the second floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and two bedrooms, each featuring high-quality bedding and luxurious linens.
The third-floor loft, accessed via a spiral staircase, provides guests with a unique and cozy space to relax and unwind, with a queen-size bed and luxury bedding.
Guests can also enjoy our second-floor deck, providing a cozy and inviting outdoor space to relax and unwind, surrounded by the unique charm and culture of Portland, Maine.
For guests traveling with bicycles, we offer secure storage in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs, providing a safe and convenient place to store their bikes during their stay.
Other things to note
Please no parties, we have long term tenants on the first and third floor of the building. We also have neighbors that are close by. For this reason, please be respectful of your noise level (especially during night time hours.) Quiet time is from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please do not use the patio space on the first floor, this belongs to the first floor tenants. You are welcome to use your own private deck on the second floor. Please respect the privacy of our tenants and do not use the gate on the patio to exit the property, you should only be using the front door to enter and exit the building.
We do allow dogs and recognize their importance to your family. We allow a maximum of 1 dog for a fee of $250 per trip to cover wear and tear on the property. Dogs must be well behaved and are not allowed on furniture, including beds, chairs and couches. If we find evidence that a pet was on furniture, a minimum fine of $500 will be charged to the guest. Dogs are not to be left alone at the property and must be leashed when outside.
Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests, including those with pets, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us to achieve this goal.
